This year we partnered with a small wife and husband business in California that imports barrel aged balsamic vinegar from a small producer who is certified organic in Modena Italy. They grow the grapes for the dark and light balsamic vinegars. They use the highest quantity of grape must relative to wine vinegar to create the sweetness of the vinegar as well as the viscosity and amazing mouth feel. Our partner adds real fruit, sourced from the Pacific Northwest, to create the vinegars for a truly unique and wonderful addition to salads, fish, cheese and even ice cream.

Our balsamic vinegars come in 8.45 oz (250 ml) bottle. We have very tasty thick Traditional balsamic vinegar. Also we have Blackberry Blackcurrant, Fig, and Pomegranate with dark balsamic vinegar. Elderberry and Raspberry Pear are added to a white balsamic vinegar.
